The Yin quality of life shows up in qualities we associate with the feminine– nurturing, receptive. intuitive, right-brain thinking, global, responsive. Archetypally we may think of Sophia, Quan Yin, the Mother, and goddesses from many cultures. The Feminine can also express much power as a mother lion would be ferocious protecting her cubs.
